Car Parking
At Hill Street we have a 20 vehicle space car park to the rear of the complex. This car park is free to use for all visitors to the Centre.

The car park is monitored by an ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) system and requires each car park user to register their vehicle on arrival on the tablets provided in building entrances.

This requirement is clearly signed in both car park and buildings and only takes a few seconds.

Please see instructions on using the car park at the Centre.
1
Arrival in Car Park
The car park is a first come, first use basis. Please select an appropriate space and park within the lines provided. Please do not park in the disabled bays without a valid pass.
2
Enter the Building
As you enter either of our buildings, please locate the wall mounted tablet and enter your car registration, following the on screen instructions, ensuring you enter it correctly.
3
Check Your Registration
Once you have entered your car registration, please check that the vehicle make and colour appear on the screen. If not, please re-enter your registration and check again. If you have any problems please speak with a member of the team.
4
Failure to Enter Details
Should you fail to enter your vehicle registration, you will receive a PCN (penalty charge notice). Should this happen you will need to pay or appeal the ticket with the provider. All details are contained on the reverse of your parking notice (bottom LH corner).

Please note that our staff team cannot cancel tickets or act on your behalf but will help you where possible to ensure you have entered your vehicle registration details correctly whilst onsite.
